SOUS Dec sketch Christmas Magic

I did not plan on doing this page until after the holidays but found a Pic of my Mother and all of the sudden the page was complete. I used Bobunny Powder Mountain and an old Creative memories stencil and molding paste. I remember this Christmas well. My father had back surgery and ended up addicted to Morphine. My mother was not working at the time and our Christmas was kinda thin.  My Mom relied on help from community support and Christmas organizations to help provide presents.  When we arrived at my Grandmothers for lunch my Dad asked my Grandma to get Lou's present.  I believe she was shocked to get such a beautiful present. Of course she did not think she deserved it but my father assured her things would get better and next Christmas would not be like this one. As a kid I had not noticed how poor we actually were my mother hid it well and she made sure my sister and I did not go without. My father recovered and My Mother found Full time employment and a place to call her own.  I have all this written on the back of the page.  Because if you don't know the story she looks kinda upset.  She was just holding back her tears.  Tears of joy I like to believe.
