Boy Meets Girl " Girls Turn" Use same pic more than once.

Hi Scrappers.  Here is my Design Team page for Boy Meets Girl. It is the girls turn and the challenge is to use the same picture more than once.   The Challenge will now run from The 5th of each month to the next 5th of each month. Giving scrappers an entire month to get pages submitted.  I found a Picture of my daughter Karrah when she was 4 years old.  She had started the Ketogenic Diet, Dec 4th 2004. In hopes of helping control her seizures.  We found of course it did and this was our first Christmas that Karrah stayed awake to open presents, play with her toys and not be bombarded with seizures.  We truly felt blessed.  I had ordered the paper from Cest Magnificent online store. I am sorry but can't remember manufacturer.  I added ribbon and blooms and wash tape. I also added an Battenburg Lace Angel.

I know December can be hectic. I hope you find some time to create.  In 2004 we were very lucky to feel like we were touched by an Angel.  Karrah went 5 years without a Seizure.  We still struggle but If she sticks to diet she has no seizure activity.  She is also medication free.

Shape card For Love To Scrap Challenge Blog #19

Morning Scrappers. Here is a Shaped Easel Card for Love to Scrap Design Team.  I have to admit cards don't come easy for me. I can create a detailed layout in 1/2 an hour but it took me 2 days to create this card. 

I used Prima's Firefly paper. A mini Lucky 8 Punch. I coloured the Curly Sue  image with water-colour pencil crayons. I added a doily, Prima blooms, lace and recollection gem stickers. I hope you find some time to play at Love To Scrap the Christmas season is just beginning.  Have a Great day.

Stuck on U Sketches Project Life "Add a Scallop Circle"

Hi Scrapper's here is my first PL Post for Stuck on U sketches Project Life Design Team.  I hope I don't Disappoint you. I have so much paper and scrappy tools I try to use them as often as possible. The paper collection is from MME Christmas paper pad.  I added a scallop circle as a Title Date card and as a Journal card.  I love to Scrap. So I used a swirly snowflake punch from Martha Stewart and added some snowflakes and a couple roses to the pages.  This is also the beginning of my December Daily book.  The week of US Thanksgiving starts off our Christmas festivities.  

I hope you get some creative time during the holidays.  I know I look forward to crafting.  My kids are really excited to see the book develop and by next year I should have 52  Double layouts to let them enjoy.   Take a look at the Design Teams Creations and try out Project Life.  Full Challenge details are on the Stuck on U Sketches Blog.

Recap of my week.
This week was fun filled my Niece Aryanna turned Sweet 16, She had a party that we attended.
My Aunt Emily let us know that her Birthday is Nov 24 not 23rd we have always celebrated her Birthday on the 23rd and she said that she always celebrated with her cousin Millie but her Bday is the 24th. She has also finished all her Chemo Treatments and her hair is growing back.  She looks and feels good.

25-28th. We were gearing for a heavy snow but it never fell in our area.
 Nov 25, Asher came to visit. He had the flu Thursday and Friday poor little guy.  Visited again on Saturday.
 Nov 26 . Rob won a Thanksgiving basket filled with a complete dinner.
 Nov 27  Feryns Bday  her twin celebrates the 28th  John.
Nov 28  We also had The Hall Family celebrate Thanksgiving together and we had a who belongs to who and fun games.
We cut Motleys hair this week. Kids on break from Wed to Friday.
Nov 29. We went Black Friday Shopping late in the day missed the mad rush but had a man strip next to us at Urban Planet. They had to take ink tag off his shirt.
Nov 30. Saturday Cherish and I sat at the rec hall for an indoor lawn sale. We sold 4 full crates of Scrapbook paper.

Dec 1 BMG Sketch

I cannot believe it is December 1st.  I am doing a december daily and today our tree goes up. a Family day that ends with the midseason finale of The Walking Dead.  We are fans. So before the mayhem here is my page for Boy Meets Girl . It's the Boys turn. We have a sketch and I chose a Christmas theme. Here is Asher at his Santa photo shoot.  You now a whole month to get your pages linked .

I used Nutcracker Sweet by G45 for my page. I fussy cut some of the images.  I used prima blooms. The big red flower was won in a kit not sure where it is from.  The Christmas season is here and I hope you take some time to relax and create.
