Sketchabilities #88

Here is the Sketch #88 at Sketchabilities. I used London Market and some MME Chevron paper.  I braided some twine and made the circles. Handstitched and used a Crocheted Doily. I added prima blooms and a Cathio Butterfly. This is my Daughter Serena when she was 17.5 months old.  The Dress was a present from my Dad and is a Family Heirloom. Red Carpet Studio Card Challenge. Secret Garden

I have made a card today. I have had some scrappy goodness arrive in the mail and made this for a card challenge at Red Carpet Studios.  I had to have at least 1 flower.  I used Prima's Divine Collection and some Prima flowers.  I left it generic so it could be used for any Occasion. The other material I used are the embossing folder and a Broken earring.

Here is my Layout.  I used Kaisercraft 75 cents paper collection. The embossed items are the Teddy bear images from http://www.zibbet.com/CraftingBoutique Winner of challenge will get a $10 spending spree at Crafting Boutique.

I painted the image with pearl watercolor paints then ran the image through a swiss dot folder on my cuttle bug.  The adorable little guy is my nephew Asher. My friend Joanne caught his reflection in the window of the train we were taking to Toronto.

Sketchabilities 87

Here is my first Design Team page for sketchabilities Challenge Blog. I used Authentique Lovely Collection.  I added Recollection and Wild Orchid Craft roses.  Prima bling and a variety of doilies.  I was able to hang the hearts on thread and did some hand stitching. I used some older tile letters I have had in my stash. The picture is my daughter Cherish after she had her face painted at Hollywood Studios in Florida.  I hope you get some time to create and join us at Sketchabilities.

Paper Mixing Bowl March Recipe

Sarah has an amazing recipe this month. I used a page from Kaisercraft Sweet Nothing.  I was able to use small photo's, Some irish lace,  Some molding paste and mask. A feather, It is predominately green, I added a touch of gold, and some charms. Prima Product Pick March

Make a Wish.  My daughter Cherish was playing dress up with her sister Karrah.  I was able to take this picture. I used the Nature Garden collection from Prima. I started with a twisted piece of gauze and applied masks with molding paste.  I then added glimmer mists then started layering the page. The DA piece is painted with smooch. The flowers are a variety of Prima blooms.

Loves To Scrap Challenge # 1

Loves To Scrap Challenge Blog 

Here is my page for the challenge.  I used an image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps.  Girlz Flowers found here  http://www.bugaboostamps.com/Girlz--Flowers_p_2725.html  It is the first time I am using a digi stamp and I could easily get hooked.  I used MME paper collection for this page. I folded background paper in half and then crimped it.  fussy cut the flower paper and wrinkled it for dimension. I added cork paper and a doily, banner and tag from collection. I only added a couple flowers because its a pretty busy page.  I also wanted to showcase the image and My DD Cherish.  I printed the Digi Stamp onto patterned paper and fussy cut the dress and glued it on with a fine tip liquid adhesive.
